Bneu Tech ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information across our products: MetaTrader utilities, Android apps, and the EA Analyzer SaaS platform.
Our core principle: we collect only what's necessary, and we prefer to collect nothing at all.
MetaTrader Utilities (MT5 / MT4)
Our MetaTrader tools run entirely on your local machine within the MetaTrader platform. They do not:
- Send data to external servers
- Collect personal information
- Track usage or behavior
- Require account registration
The only external connection is license verification through the MQL5 Marketplace, which is handled entirely by MetaQuotes (the MetaTrader developer) and is subject to their privacy policy.
Android Apps
Our Android apps are designed with a privacy-first approach:
Data That Stays on Your Device
- All user-generated content (scans, documents, receipts, voice notes, etc.) is stored locally on your device
- No cloud sync or account system is required
- Apps work offline whenever possible
AI-Powered Features
Apps that use AI features (Bneu Post, Bneu Resume, Bneu Proposals, Bneu Outreach) send text prompts to the Groq AI API for processing. These prompts:
- Are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Are not stored by us after processing
- Are subject to Groq's privacy policy
Advertising
Free versions of some apps display ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings. Pro upgrades remove all advertising.
Permissions
We request only the permissions necessary for each app's functionality (e.g., camera for scanning, microphone for voice recording). We never request unnecessary permissions.
EA Analyzer (eaanalyzer.com)
The EA Analyzer SaaS platform processes trading data you upload:
- Account data: We collect your email address for account creation and communication
- Payment data: Processed by WooCommerce/Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers
- Trading data: Optimization results you upload are processed to generate reports. We retain this data for your account access
- Usage data: Basic analytics to improve the platform
Cookies
The EA Analyzer website uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used on bneutech.com.
Data Retention
We retain account data only as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
